1. Before installing the butterfly valve, confirm whether the product performance and the flow direction arrow of the medium match the operating conditions, and clean the inner chamber of the valve. It is not allowed to have impurities or foreign objects on the sealing ring and butterfly plate. Before cleaning, it is not allowed to close the butterfly plate to avoid damaging the sealing ring.
2. It is recommended to use a dedicated flange for disc valve installation, namely HGJ54-91 socket welded steel flange.
3. The optimal position for installation in the pipeline is vertical installation, but it cannot be inverted.
4. During use, the flow needs to be adjusted and controlled by a worm gear box.
5. For butterfly valves that have been opened and closed frequently, after about two months, open the worm gear box cover and check if the butter is normal. An appropriate amount of butter should be maintained.
6. Check that all connecting parts are required to be tightly pressed to ensure the honeycomb nature of the packing and the flexible rotation of the valve stem.
7. Metal sealed butterfly valve products are not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline. If it must be installed at the end of the pipeline, it is necessary to install an outlet flange to prevent the sealing ring from accumulating and exceeding its position.
8. Regularly check the effectiveness of the valve during installation and use of the valve stem, and promptly eliminate any faults found.
